Many empaths and intuitives I meet want to grow their soul work into a business — but there’s a tension they feel immediately.

On one hand, their work is deeply spiritual, heart-led, and energy-based. On the other, they’ve been told that “business” means spreadsheets, KPIs, funnels, and strategy.

The truth is this: if you want to reach more people, grow your impact, and create the resources to sustain yourself, your soul work needs to be treated as a business — in a way that aligns with your energy, not drains it.

Every business has its own Akashic Records and its own primary energy

Through my Career sessions and accessing clients’ Akashic Records, I’ve discovered something fascinating: every business has its own Akashic Records — and its own primary energy, either more Masculine or more Feminine. This isn’t about whether the business is aimed at men or women. Instead, it’s about the energetic blueprint your business carries. When you understand that blueprint, you can see why certain ways of running it haven’t felt aligned, and how to move forward in a way that truly works.

The Two Business Paths

1. The Left-Brain, Masculine Approach

This is the model most people think of when they hear “business”:

• Strategies, funnels, and blueprints

• Ideal Client Avatars and market research

• Analytics, KPIs, and spreadsheets

• Hustle, productivity, and rigid consistency

It’s structured, linear, and analytical. For many empaths and intuitives, though, it feels heavy, draining, and completely out of alignment.

2. The Intuitive, Feminine, Energy-Based Approach

This approach:

• Honors your natural gifts and energy patterns

• Works with alignment and flow instead of force

• Sees your business as an energetic being with its own blueprint

• Leans on intuition, creativity, and connection to Spirit

This isn’t about ignoring practical steps. It’s about leading with energy and guidance first — and letting the “doing” flow from there.

Why the Left-Brain Approach Feels Awkward for Empathic Intuitives

I’ll be honest: I was never a “numbers girl.” For me, trying to build a business on spreadsheets and projections felt like suffocating my creativity.

This is especially true if you’re an empath, highly sensitive, or connected to energies like Mintakians, Angels, or Hadarians. You’re not wired to push yourself through 10-hour workdays. You’re designed to work in shorter bursts — often no more than four hours at a time — because your nervous system and soul are calibrated differently. Here’s a fun little nugget for you: I once jumped into a “5D Business and Marketing for Spiritual People” class, thinking it would finally speak to my intuitive, energy-led way of doing business. But the deeper we went, the more it became clear: it was really just a class on investments, equity, and portfolios in disguise. Cue me checking out mentally and wondering if I had accidentally enrolled in a finance degree.

If you’ve ever signed up for something that sounded mystical and magical, only to discover it was really old-school left-brain business dressed up with sparkly language — I know exactly how you feel.

Here are three ways to start shifting into a business model that honors your intuitive gifts if you're an empath intuitive:

1. Align Your Personal Energy First

Before you open your laptop, tune into yourself. Journal, meditate, or pull a card. Your energy is magnetic — when you feel aligned, people are naturally drawn to you.

But when you push yourself to do what your mind says you should do — post daily at the “right” time, niche down to an Ideal Client Avatar, force yourself into someone else’s content formula — your vibration drops, and so does your magnetism.

Instead, connect with the soul of your business: what does it need? What’s the energy it wants to carry?

3. Ask Your Business for Its Next Step

Why force yourself to spend hours analyzing statistics? That’s not your superpower. Your superpower is that you can tap into universal wisdom and literally ask your Guides to be your marketing team.
