What’s Your Intuitive Archetype?

For a long time, I thought intuition would be loud and obvious — like a neon sign flashing THIS WAY!

But the truth is… intuition doesn’t shout. It whispers. It’s subtle, delicate, and deeply personal — often arriving as a gentle nudge in your gut, a picture that flickers in your mind, or that lightning-flash knowing that makes zero logical sense, yet feels completely right.

We all have intuition — it’s our soul’s navigation system — but it doesn’t look or sound the same for everyone. Some of us see it, others feel it, hear it, or simply know it. In this Post I will go deep into the different Intuition types.

Discovering your intuitive archetype can be so powerful. It helps you understand how your intuition naturally wants to speak to you — so you can build trust, flow, and confidence in the guidance you already have.

What Intuition Really Is (and Isn’t)

Your mind works a bit like a library — full of past experiences, facts, and stories you’ve collected along the way. It’s brilliant when you need logic, planning, or structure, but there’s one catch: it can only draw from what it already knows.

Every thought and decision it offers you is filtered through your personal catalogue — the beliefs, fears, memories, and conditioning you’ve gathered throughout your life. Some of those beliefs may not even be yours. They come from family, teachers, culture, or past experiences that quietly taught you what’s “safe,” what’s “possible,” and what’s “realistic.”

Because of that, the mind tends to operate within familiar patterns.

It’s wired to protect you, not expand you — so it often repeats what’s known, even when what’s known is actually keeping you small.

Intuition, however, speaks from a completely different place. It draws from the unknown — the wider energetic field around you.Think of it as your invisible Wi-Fi connection to your Higher Self, the Universe, or the collective consciousness (whatever language feels most natural for you).

It’s not logical — it’s energetic. It bypasses the mind’s filters and patterns, offering you fresh insight, creative ideas, and perfectly timed nudges that your logical brain could never have reasoned out.

And the beautiful part?Intuition is always guiding you toward what’s true for your soul — toward alignment, expansion, and your highest good… even when your mind can’t yet see the full map.

The Four Intuitive Archetypes

You might recognise yourself in one of these — or a mix of a few. The key is to notice how guidance comes through most naturally for you.

1. The Feeler (Clairsentient)

You feel intuition — through sensations, emotions, and vibes. You walk into a room and instantly sense the energy. You can feel when someone’s upset, even if they haven’t said a word.

When something’s right, you might get goosebumps or a wave of peace. When it’s not, you feel it like a knot in your stomach or a heaviness in your chest.

Your biggest challenge: absorbing everyone else’s energy and confusing it with your own. When you’re this open, boundaries are essential.

Practice ideas:

  • Before your day starts, place your hand over your heart and say: “I now clear and release any residue or emotions that are not mine, restoring my body and field to peace, balance, and neutrality.”

  • Then ask: “Please express to me only what is from my own energy field, in alignment with my highest good, and nothing that belongs to another.”

  • At night, imagine brushing off the day’s energy — like dust from your aura — returning to your natural frequency.

2. The Seer (Clairvoyant)

You see intuition — through images, colours, and symbols.Sometimes it’s a quick mental snapshot, other times a scene that plays out in your mind’s eye or through dreams.

You might “see” a loved one’s energy, an outcome before it happens, or patterns others miss entirely.

Your biggest challenge: dismissing what you see as imagination or coincidence.Your inner vision is powerful — but it needs trust and practice.

Practice ideas:

  • Keep a “symbol journal.” Write down recurring images, colours, or dreams — and what they might mean.

  • Before meditating, visualise a soft white light behind your eyes — clearing your inner vision so guidance can flow more vividly.

  • Visualise - like A LOT! Visualise your desires, your next steps, your ideal, intentional day...It really strengthens that muscle

3. The Hearer (Clairaudient)

You hear intuition — in words, whispers, songs, or even overheard conversations that seem perfectly timed. It can sound like your own voice, or a voice that feels slightly different — softer, wiser, calmer.

Your biggest challenge: confusing intuition with your inner critic. One uplifts; the other limits. Learn to notice the tone — intuition is gentle, curiosity-driven, and supportive.

Practice ideas:

  • Spend five minutes each day in silence, noticing the subtle sounds around and within you.

  • Listen to Classical Music and try to follow only one intrument for a while... then change

  • Ask your intuition a question, then stay open... How do you receive the answer? Did it come as a lyric, word, or phrase?

4. The Knower (Claircognizant)

You simply know. Information drops in fully formed, without explanation. It’s sudden, clear, and firm — even when your mind wants to argue. You might finish others’ sentences, anticipate outcomes, or just know the next step.

Your biggest challenge: overthinking or needing proof before trusting your knowing.

Practice ideas:

  • Track your “random knowings” — write them down and notice how often they’re accurate.

  • Notice in which situations you receive guidance through Claircognisance.

  • Practice saying, “I don’t need to know how I just know.”

Learning to Trust the Whisper

Our intuition is always there — we just need to quiet the noise enough to hear it.Sometimes it speaks in feelings, sometimes in images or words, and sometimes it lands as a full-body knowing. The more you notice, honour, and practice listening, the louder and clearer it becomes.

Our intuition is always there, whispering, guiding, and nudging us toward what’s right for our soul. But sometimes it gets a little quiet—not because it’s gone, but because old beliefs, fears, or stories we’ve picked up along the way have muffled it. In November, in EarthSchool, we’re dedicating a whole month to releasing old patterns, healing the inner child, addressing mother wounds, and even past life energies. While the focus is on deep inner healing, these practices naturally clear the space to hear your intuition more clearly and trust the guidance that’s always been there.

If you’d like to join us and experience this deep inner release for yourself, you can read more about EarthSchool, and how to join here.

Much Love
